Divorce

We represent individuals at all stages of a contested or uncontested divorce, from the initial filing through requests for modification or enforcement of final divorce decrees. We handle all matters related to divorce, including child custody and parenting time, child support, alimony or spousal support, and marital property settlements. Child Custody

We will help you put in place custody and visitation agreements that are in the best interests of your minor children while promoting and maintaining your relationship as a parent. We will consider your legal custody options, as well as physical custody concerns, helping you stay actively involved in decisions about the medical, educational and religious needs of your child. Child Support

Mediation

We work closely with clients who want to resolve divorce issues through mediation, helping you understand how the process works, as well as your rights during mediation.
